Privacy policy

Plain-English privacy for this site: what we collect, how we use it, and who sees it.

What the quote form collects

Our quote request form asks for:

  • Your name — so we know who the request is from.
  • Your phone number or email — so we can reach you about your request.
  • Project details — the issue type (cracking, sinking/settling, both, or not sure), your repair-or-replace lean, and your timeline.

The form also includes a hidden spam-detection field (a "honeypot") that you never see; it collects nothing from you and exists only to catch automated bots.

How your information is used

Web Ventures operates this guide. When you submit a quote request, we may share your name, contact info, and project details with local service providers who can quote the work — that's what the form is for.

We don't share your details with advertisers or marketers. We use what you submit to respond to your request and nothing else.

What we don't collect

  • This guide doesn't sell you anything and doesn't ask for payment details.
  • Reading the guide requires no account and collects no personal information — browsing is anonymous.
  • Anonymous, aggregate usage statistics are collected site-wide (page visits and interactions) to understand which pages help readers. These contain no names, contacts, or form contents.

Your choices

Don't want to use the form? Simply don't submit it — everything else on this site works without it. If you've submitted a request and want it deleted, contact us (details below) and we'll remove it.
